We are looking for information that supports a measurable
return on investment with ISO 9001 registration in an
organization. Specifically we would like information on:
- What motivated your organization to become registered?
- How did you gain commitment to registration throughout
the company?
- What impact has registration had on your market value
added?
- What was the timeframe on return?
- Do you believe the registration has helped or hurt your
market share?
- Are you willing to share the percentage increase?
- How did you test that the impact on market share was a
direct result of becoming registered?
